Everything about this hotel, inside and out, is clean. The beds were wonderful and so was the staff. There is a nice sized pool and a spa. An exercise room with a treadmill and the heart healthy options on the large breakfast buffet allowed me to travel again carefree. The franchise owner was on the premises daily. He and Jeff ( front desk) were very friendly and worked hard to ensure all guests enjoyed their stay. One word for this experience: Stellar
This is my first Holiday inn Express so I didn't know what to expect. The service was great, the breakfast was great as well. The location is fairly easy to get to. Everything was clean as it should be. So if you're down with the Express I would give this one a shot.
The location is convenient. Staff is friendly. The room had a scent that seemed like it hadn't been used in awhile. I opened the window and it aired out quickly. The shower is narrow and one of the doors kept opening. Overall nice place.
Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Great service at the front. Room was clean (Room 308)... good water pressure, great shower.... the only issue was the sink stopper. It didnt raise high enough to allow for drainage for basic sink needs. But make no mistakes, that was not a horrible experience maker. The room was full of outlets and usb ports for all your devices. Good lighting in every space. They did great.
Huge thanks to Jeff at the Holiday Inn Express, Booneville! When a Marriott property in Columbia was closed upon our arrival - we called the IHE Booneville in hopes of rooms. Jeff at the front desk was patient and thorough and got us the last two rooms there quickly. Thanks, Jeff! We probably would have had to drive all the way back to St Louis without Jeff's help. And the stay was great. Very grateful!
Where do I start!? It is SO hard to find a hotel that is clean and comfortable. This hotel met all of our expectations. The rooms were updated, smelled fresh, cool air, comfortable beds and pillows, insanely CLEAN! We were so surprised by the free breakfast. Lots of great options like Greek yogurt, eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereals, juices, coffee, sausage gravy, pancake conveyer belt (huge hit with the kids!) The pool was another bonus. Clean and smelled good- had to take the kids for a swim! We were just passing through and couldn’t find a hotel in Columbia- so happy we found this great place. Would DEFINITELY stay again. This is the cherry on top of the end of our vacation. Huge shout out to Amy at breakfast who was wonderfully welcoming and kind.
For being in the middle of a VERY long road trip it was a fantastic spot to stay. Staff was polite and accommodating, the room was clean, beds were clean, bathroom was clean. Honestly this is better than some other hotels ive stayed at. Though I didn't get to stay for breakfast it did smell good on the way out.
Very nice Hotel very friendly staff, quiet spot, bed was very comfortable, shower was nice and hot I absolutely have no complaints I really enjoyed my stay!
